About the Project
My online coaching service provides you with all the tools you need to get in the best shape of your life. You will not have to think about your training and nutrition again. I will have you covered.
Each of my clients receive their own personalised training and nutritional plan that is designed to their ability, experience and personal preferences. They receive access to my online coaching service for daily communication with me while also getting access to my video library where all aspects of their programme are shown and explained.

You will receive your own personalised tailored training programme that will be designed specifically for your fitness goals. You will have access to my coaching app that will contain coaching videos that show you how to do every movement and coaching points that guide you through every exercise. Each workout will be time efficient to fit your current lifestyle and all movements and exercise will be prescribed based on your current training ability. Never stress about not knowing how to exercises ever again.
You will have access to a built-in messenger service through your training app to message me at any time. Every week you will get weekly video feedback from me that will offer strategies and tips to help you overcome your biggest obstacles. You will get regular skype calls to review your current progress, set new monthly goals and answer all questions that you have to ultimately help you achieve lifetime results.
You will receive a personalised nutritional plan that is specifically tailored to help you achieve the results you desire including all the foods that you love. You will get portion size guidelines, shopping lists and everything else you need to stay on track. Every month you will also receive 30 new recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even desserts. You will even gain access to survival guides so you can still eat at some of your favourite restaurants like Dominos and Burger King! Basically, you will never have to stress about not knowing what to eat ever again.
You will get access to ‘The Lab’ which contains hours of educational content so that you can expand your knowledge on all aspects of health and fitness. After working with me you will walk away feeling empowered with a deeper understanding of all things fitness related and you will be viewed as the expert among your peers.
You will have access to a Facebook group for added support and accountability in a community of like-minded young professionals going through the same challenges as you along with some really useful tips and ideas that will support your results!
Your progress will be measured during weekly check ins that will keep you accountable at all times. There will also be weekly touch points so I can see how things are progressing and answer any queries you may have. Your programme will be divided into 3 different cycles that will be reviewed with me so that you are always fully focused and clear on what you need to be doing each week.
THE SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM
At the beginning of your online personal training journey, I will conduct a full-scale audit of dietary habits and create a specific plan that is suitable to your dietary needs and goals. You will receive shopping lists, meal plans and recipe guides so you never have to worry about nutrition again and still be able to enjoy the foods that you love on a weekly basis.
Two things are of utmost importance to me as your coach: safety and enjoyment. An audit will be done on your training experience and current training abilities and preferences so that I can prescribe movements for you that are suitable for your specific needs. Coaching points and workout videos will be available for all movements through my coaching software. If you need to workout at home that is not an issue either as I will create a tailored made home workout programme for you.
All workouts will be time efficient so you will only spend around 45 mins working out. Meal plans will be already set for you, so you don’t have to spend time thinking about what to eat and instead spend more time doing the things you love.
Not only will you transform physically but you will also learn a huge amount along your journey. I don’t just want my clients to look and feel amazing. I also want them to develop lifestyle habits that allow them to continue on their journey and be seen as a ‘go to’ fitness person among their peers. On my plans you will gain access to hours of educational content in my ‘Education Lab.’
